Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our services—including listing optimization, enhanced product and service setup, reputation management, review response management, and ongoing content and photo uploads—work begins immediately after onboarding. Cancellations are not permitted after 48 hours from sign-up.
If a cancellation request is submitted within the first 48 hours, it must be made in writing via email. After the 48-hour period has passed, all fees paid are non-refundable, and the service commitment remains in effect for the agreed billing term.
Once services have begun, no refunds or credits will be issued for completed or in-progress work, including but not limited to listing management, review generation materials, review responses, and monthly content updates.
