Privacy Policy
Your information is used only for the purpose for which you provide it. Presence Plus Marketing does not sell your personal information.
Effective date: August 27, 2026
Version: PP-PRIVACY-2026-08-27-V2
1. Information you choose to provide
Presence Plus Marketing LLC may receive information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us, purchase services, schedule an appointment, become a client, or communicate with us. This may include your name, business name, business address, email address, phone number, and the information needed to answer your request or provide the agreed services.
If a client uses the review-request text-messaging service, messaging registration may require the client’s exact legal business name, entity type, industry, tax or business registration identifier, business address, website and operating region; an authorized representative’s name, title, position, phone number, and email address; and information about the messaging use case, recipient-consent process, opt-in and opt-out flow, and sample messages.
The Client Center may also process account identity and email information; password hashes and activation, recovery, session, and security records; service requests and responses; business-change details; comments and messages; uploaded photos and documents; reports; notification history; and access and audit events. Passwords are not stored in readable form.
Please do not send payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, passwords, authentication codes, or other sensitive information through the public contact form or ordinary email. When sensitive information is necessary, Presence Plus will direct you to an appropriate secure method.
2. How we use information
We use personal information only for the stated or reasonably expected purpose for which it was provided, including to:
- respond to questions and requested communications;
- record and manage website inquiries and follow-up in our internal CRM;
- process enrollment and provide contracted services;
- schedule and conduct meetings;
- maintain accurate client and business records;
- send service-related notices, reports, or requested information; and
- meet legal, accounting, security, and contractual obligations.
We do not use personal information for unrelated advertising or sell, rent, or trade it to anyone.
3. Cookies and tracking
The public marketing pages and public forms do not place cookies. The Client Center uses one strictly necessary, session-only authentication and security cookie. Presence Plus does not use analytics or advertising cookies, analytics trackers, advertising pixels, cross-site behavior tracking, or behavior-based advertising technologies.
Like most websites, the hosting and network services that deliver and protect the site may process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, or security event, as necessary to operate and secure their systems. Public forms use limited technical information for rate limiting and replay protection. The Client Center uses one-way IP-derived identifiers, session controls, login throttling, and access and audit events to authenticate users, enforce client separation, investigate failures, and protect accounts and files.
If our use of cookies or tracking technologies changes, we will update this policy before using them.
4. Payment and scheduling services
Payment is handled on Square’s website. Presence Plus Marketing does not collect or store your full payment-card number through this website. Information you provide to Square is governed by Square’s own privacy notice.
Appointment scheduling is handled through Google Calendar. Information you provide when booking an appointment is also subject to Google’s privacy policy.
We may receive the contact, transaction, and appointment details these providers make available to us so that we can confirm appointments or payment and provide the service you requested.
5. Contact forms, internal records, and service providers
Public contact-form and Presence Review intake submissions are sent through Presence Plus-controlled server endpoints and recorded in Presence Plus’s internal CRM so inquiries and appointment follow-up can be tracked without relying on an email inbox or calendar alone as the system of record. Contact-form submissions may also generate an operational email notification to Presence Plus personnel. These public forms are not intended for passwords, payment-card numbers, authentication codes, or other sensitive secrets.
Current service providers for these website and client workflows include Hostinger for website hosting and operational email, Notion for CRM and operating records, Google for appointment scheduling, Square for payment processing, Twilio for client-authorized review-request text messages and delivery status, and a content-delivery network that serves animation code on some public pages. A provider receives only the information involved in the service it performs. GitHub supports source control and deployment but does not receive public form submissions through the website.
When an authorized client user sends an individual review request, the Client Center provides Twilio with the recipient’s mobile number, the message text, and the client-specific review link. Presence Plus records consent confirmation, request history with the mobile number masked in the portal, delivery status, and opt-out status. Recipients may reply STOP to prevent further review-request messages for that client. Client messaging is separated through client-specific Twilio subaccounts and is not offered as a bulk-message tool.
To create and maintain a client’s messaging subaccount, telephone number or sender, customer or compliance profile, A2P 10DLC Brand and Campaign, and related registrations, Presence Plus may provide client-supplied business and authorized-representative information to Twilio, Twilio Trust Hub, The Campaign Registry, telecommunications carriers, and related registration or verification providers. Those parties use the information to verify identity, eligibility, messaging purpose, consent and compliance, and may retain registration, review, status, and billing records under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may share only the information reasonably necessary with service providers that help us process payments, schedule appointments, host or secure the website, communicate with clients, maintain records, or deliver contracted services. These providers may use information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not share personal information with data brokers or sell it to third parties.
6. Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, provide services, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Client Center records, uploads, and other hosted client data may be maintained while services are active. Under the current service terms, Presence Plus may delete hosted client data 60 days after termination, except for records retained for legal, accounting, security, suppression, dispute, or other legitimate recordkeeping purposes. Short-lived session, rate-limit, replay, activation, and password-recovery data is governed by the applicable security control and may be retained in security or audit records where reasonably necessary.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your choices
You may ask what personal information Presence Plus Marketing maintains about you or request a correction or deletion, subject to information we must retain for legal, contractual, accounting, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
To make a privacy request, email ginny@presenceplus.marketing or call 859-666-8367.
8. Children’s privacy
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of the page will show when the current version took effect.
